Terms of Service

Business-to-business terms for ConvertAI.one, its website tools and separately agreed services.

Last updated 19 October 2026 | 2026-10-19-v1

1. The parties and agreement

The service provider is Mahdi Group Ltd, company 12008243, registered in England and Wales, at 4 Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3JJ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@convertai.one. "You" means the business customer entering into an agreement with us.

The platform is offered for business use, not personal consumer purchases. An individual accepting for an organisation must have authority to do so. These terms form part of an expressly accepted order or service agreement. Viewing this page, reading a report or making an enquiry does not itself accept new contractual terms or activate paid service.

An agreed order defines the package, fees, period, limits and scope. A specifically agreed order takes precedence over conflicting general commercial wording; the binding data-processing terms govern customer personal-data processing. Those terms may incorporate an agreed Data Processing Addendum. Existing agreements are not silently replaced by publication.

2. Accounts, permissions and website authority

  • Provide accurate business details, protect account access and promptly report suspected unauthorised use.
  • Install code, bind properties and supply content only for websites, accounts and locations you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Review workspace membership and access. Your users must act within their roles; a directory listing does not prove ownership of the listed business.
  • Do not share CMS passwords or other secrets through task comments, free-text bot fields or content-generation prompts. Arrange implementation access separately.

3. What the service does and does not promise

ConvertAI provides available bot, tracking, recording, reporting, website assessment, action-planning, content and related business tools according to the selected package and enabled features. Service availability and evidence coverage depend on installation, permission, website accessibility, provider availability and applicable limits.

We do not guarantee traffic, search indexing, rankings, AI citations, completed enquiries, sales, revenue or a particular conversion improvement. Reports distinguish unavailable data, genuine zero measurements and tentative observations. A completed technical change is not proof that performance improved because of it.

AI-generated copy, analysis and calculator setup need factual and commercial review. Calculator outputs are estimates under the approved rules and assumptions, not an agreement to supply the customer's services. Your business remains responsible for its offers, tax treatment, pricing, permissions and customer contracts.

4. Approval, implementation and publication

Property binding, calculator approval, prompt activation, content-topic approval, publication and paid human work are distinct actions. A connection, recommendation, task assignment or reported completion does not automatically approve the others.

Unless separately authorised, we do not edit your website, publish content, change advertising, submit forms or activate paid work merely because an analysis recommends it. Approved human work is limited to its agreed scope and access arrangements. You must check facts, claims, intellectual-property rights and regulatory requirements before using or publishing material.

Marking work done requests the applicable verification. Automated or customer confirmation concerns implementation, while subsequent results remain observational and may be inconclusive. You remain responsible for keeping your public content and service claims accurate.

5. Fees, allowances and cancellation

Fees, taxes, payment method, billing period, renewal and cancellation arrangements must be stated in the accepted order or checkout. Sending an enquiry does not take payment. Externally invoiced services require agreed scope and manual activation; this notice does not create a new subscription or authorise additional charges.

Included content deliveries, generation attempts, usage and human optimisation time are separate allowances. Any existing expressly agreed legacy allowance is preserved. Revisions, reservations, cancellation and overages follow the accepted package/order and its documented service period. Extra work requires a separate agreement rather than an automatic assumption that it is chargeable.

You may request cancellation through the available account process or our contact address. The agreed notice and renewal terms apply; charges already earned and any legally required refunds or remedies must be handled under that agreement and applicable law. We will not invent new retrospective charges or forfeitures by publishing revised terms.

6. Personal data and third-party services

You are responsible for lawful instructions, an accurate privacy notice, appropriate visitor choices and a justified retention schedule for the website data you control. We retain our own responsibilities as processor or controller, as applicable. A consent-manager feature does not itself certify legal compliance or reliably control independently executed tags without correct installation.

Google, AI, hosting, payment and delivery services have their own applicable terms, permissions and operating limits. You may revoke provider access. Revocation can stop a connected feature but is not necessarily a deletion of already stored data. We must not be instructed to bypass provider controls, scrape prohibited sources or access unrelated customer data.

7. Acceptable use and customer material

  • Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, deceptive claims, harassment, spam, malware, unauthorised access or discriminatory/sensitive-trait profiling.
  • Do not upload credentials, unnecessary special-category information, unlawful content or material you lack permission to use. Do not evade quotas or interfere with another customer's service.
  • You retain your rights in customer material. You authorise the processing reasonably needed to provide the agreed service and its selected integrations, subject to confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Our platform, software and branding remain ours or our licensors'. Generated material may be non-exclusive and may require third-party clearance; no guarantee of copyright ownership or absence of similar outputs is made.

8. Security, suspension and ending service

We take appropriate measures proportionate to the service and risk. No internet service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Report security concerns privately to our contact address, without testing or exposing other customers' data.

We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to address a material breach, non-payment under an agreed order, security risk or legal/provider requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and offer a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Suspension must not be used to change agreed scope or create unapproved charges.

On termination, export, return and deletion of customer data follow the binding processing terms and documented lawful instructions, with exceptions required by law. The Privacy Policy describes application retention defaults; a specific closure/export arrangement must be agreed for the account. Backups and legal records require a documented procedure rather than immediate erasure from every system. Provider-side copies are addressed under the applicable provider arrangements; our obligations are not removed by using a supplier.

9. Liability and business risk

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable statutory rights and responsibilities are not displaced by a general disclaimer.

Subject to applicable law and any agreed order, neither party is responsible for losses that are indirect or too remote under the applicable legal rules. You should maintain appropriate backups and review outputs before relying on them. Any financial cap, additional exclusion or specific remedy must be expressly agreed and reviewed for reasonableness; publication does not silently impose a new cap on existing customers.

10. Changes, disputes and governing law

Material contractual changes require appropriate notice and the agreement required by the existing contract and applicable law. No change authorises a new use of personal data without the necessary transparency and permission.

Please first raise a service dispute with hello@convertai.one so we can try to resolve it. These business terms and related non-contractual disputes are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory rule or expressly agreed order requires otherwise.
